His firsthand experience allows him to understand franchising from both the franchisor's and franchisee's point of view.

Before specializing in franchising, Mitchell built a successful career in business, technology, and process improvement, working with IBM, Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services, and several Fortune 500 companies. As a Six Sigma Certified professional, he applies analytical thinking and proven business practices to help clients make informed franchise investment decisions.
